Pros (+) There was a beautiful picture of the New River Gorge that covered the wall above the extremely uncomfortable bed.
Cons (-) Walked into the lobby to check in, it smelled of cigarette smoke. The expecting desk clerk asked my name, never said another word to me as she confirmed my reservation. Handed me my keys, said your room is up the steps on the right. Then turned around walked into the back room. The complimentary breakfast was a joke, as was the shifting toilet seat in our bathroom.
