Pros (+) Al was wonderful!!! He was very welcoming when we arrived, helped everyone get settled in. We had a large group and when there was a problem, he acted fast and took very good care of all of us!! Very clean and we'll maintained rooms and the grounds, definitely be going back! Al is the best!
Cons (-) After booking my reservations, was told they could not honor it but could move me to another location. After many phone calls telling them I was part of a large group, my reservation was confirmed. Made me very stressed out another family members angry!
