Pros (+) The carpet in the room has been replaced with floating floors - so it seems immaculate. Bathroom very clean. Not great for long term stay if you need a comfortable desk or dining table, but fine for a night or two.
Cons (-) Huge amount of construction going on at the intersection of 40 and 77, making it difficult to find the motel first time - but this should clear up when construction is done.
