Pros (+) The location was convenient
Cons (-) The A/C, even set to the lowest setting never cooled the room until 3:00 AM (12 hours), just basics, older and run down looking. A friend that lives nearby thought it had recently been renovated. When I asked the desk clerk, she said no, the covered driveway was falling down and had to be removed. That explains the condition of the rest.
