Beds not very confortabile. Fridge in the room that does not work at all and I’m not sure why they keep wasting energy. ( both rooms we booked ) The food at restaurant was bland, not fresh and even other customers were complaining. A customer found hair in his dish. Internet/WiFi kept dropping off. Pros (+) Professional reception staff, facilities, proximity to T5, furnishings
Cons (-) Staff in executive lounge hiding away in back room, several customers not knowing how to make a coffee, use the toaster, spilling juice from terrible pouring jugs. This made my experience in the 'Executive' lounge a big disappointment. I was surprised to be charged £5.00 for the bus to the terminal, shuttle bus usually means hotel operated elsewhere in the world.
