Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests appreciated the hotel's breakfast offerings, friendly and responsive service, and scenic location, especially the mountain and nature views. Many enjoyed the onsen and found the hotel suitable for families, with some highlighting children's amenities. However, there were complaints about crowded dining areas, cleanliness issues in some rooms, and the hotel feeling dated. Food quality and replenishment at buffets were occasionally mentioned as areas needing improvement, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most guests.
