The staff was a bit unaccommodating. Coffee was cut off right at 9 a.m. No complimentary water because we weren't in the right loyalty program (c'mon... it's a 59-cent bottle of water!). The towels were extremely flimsy. It just felt really cheap. We've stayed there before and it's been fine. But this time if felt very much like a cut-rate motel.
