Pros (+) The shuttle to the convention center was good.
Cons (-) I was in a room in the back of the hotel with no elevator. They charged me for breakfast while others were given breakfast free. The breakfast wasn't a great one and had very little choice other then scrambled eggs and a few other things. The shuttle to the convention center was unavailable after 10:30. My whole point of getting a hotel was so I didn't have to drive and to avoid parking. The staff...

Pros (+) Beautiful hotel. Nice garden patio area where room looked on to.
Cons (-) Food quality was below average. The 28$ filet mignon was tasty , but only half inch thick. The "baked" potatoe was steamed in a warming tray. The breakfast buffet was not worth the price, and sub par. Potatoes were hard and tasteless, pancakes were hard. Actually had better, and more choice, at free buffet with Best Western Plus. No restaraunts or meeting spots to watch games or get snacks on week...

Pros (+) The room itself was great! It was definitely a sight for sore eyes when we checked in late into the night. But the staff were pleasant and cheerful. I'd book again hands down. Thanks for the stay!
