Cons (-) They did not honor my confirmation reservations through Kayak. I paid for a standard 2 double bed room for 3 adults ( this is ON my reservation!). I even called to confirm and was told that,yes, the room was 2 double beds. Upon arrival the room was a king bed. WE HAD 3 ADULTS! They said they were full and could not change it.
