Pros (+) Location, staff and a great room. Enjoyed the view and watching the receding tide while sitting in the adirondack chairs, in the sun, with a glass of wine. Perfect!
Cons (-) Perhaps a small continental breakfast, not just donuts, for those visitors who are not guests for a longer stay and therefore would not purchase groceries for one night.
