Cons (-) I know you get what you pay for, but i first room was a disaster. we had to go int he basement where the floors were unfinished. The paint on the walls was chipped and unkempt. The entire hallway smelled like stail cigarette smoke. Then came to find out we had no hot water, they did upgrade our room free of charge, but it wasn't much better.
