The hotel was nice and clean. The service by the wait staff was excellent. The service by the hotel staff was almost not existent. Some of the most basic things like cleaning the rooms and delivering in room service was awful. Easy things like making the front desk easy to call was not obvious (just a simple phone in the room with poor connecting switchboard). They didn’t even send us our itemized...

Pros (+) Beach access. Amazing pool and hot tubs. The staff is amazing. Views everywhere.
Cons (-) Roosters crowing at 7a. Food is good but expensive, but expected at a place like this.

Pros (+) The location of this property is epic. The only drawback to this is the distance from the airport, plan on an hour travel time to arrive and get there from Princeville. The other drawback is the other side is over 2 hours away. Other than that, definitely worth it for us!
Cons (-) Could be a little fresher. Yes, it gets hammered by tourists but at these prices this place should be spotless with perfection found from the plumbing to the dusting.

Pros (+) - Ocean view suite was beautiful. The room was spacious and had an amazing view of Hanalei bay - Hotel Staff remembered it was our anniversary and they made our trip really special - Hotel restaurants had amazing food and great service - Pool side service was excellent and fast. People helped set up chairs for us and moved the umbrella to keep us in the shade through out the day
