Pros (+) The front desk gave me a biger room due to an issue with the first one. The staff were helpful and chearful each time I spoke to one of them. Thankful for the oatmeal packets on the breakfast buffet.
Cons (-) The room needed a better heater it took four hours to heat the room. The fridge and microwave were set on the floor making it hard to use either of them easily. The fan for the bathroom did not work and was covered in dust. The breakfast buffet was high sugar and bread items only with old fruit in a basket in the corner.
