Pros (+) Very friendly staff - I got in late, and the desk clerk was very helpful, friendly, and fast in getting me checked in so I could get some sleep before another early morning. The breakfast was also useful and started early enough that I could grab food before heading out for my business meeting. Cons (-) My husband and I got there and we were first sent to the wrong room (there were already people staying in that room). Then when we finally got to a different room, there was no tv remote, the sheets were on the bed inside out, there was trash shoved in the corners, and there were blood and urine stains on the sheets! Absolutely TERRIBLE!

Pros (+) Room was very big and beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) The bathroom was mopped with a mildewy mop and stunk. The washing machine beside our room sounded like someone was washing a bowling ball at 230 in the morning. When I mentioned to the desk clerk in the morning, he acknowledged another guest had complained and he apologized; but did nothing to offset our disturbed night of sleep. There was no clock in the room at all.

Cons (-) Staff was not helpful. Elevator broken and we were put on the 2nd floor. I had to walk up and down stairs wirh a broken foot. Ran out of Breakfast at 8:00 and would not put anymore food out. Was suppose to serve until 930.
