Cons (-) I arrived at check-in to find that my room had been given to someone else earlier in the day (this is after receiving a follow-up confirmation email earlier that morning). I was given an alternate room in a building that was completely across town which was newly renovated and nice but it required a cab ride to get there and it was not the extra step I wanted to take after a long day of travel.
