Pros (+) building and everything inside the room are very nice. the staffs are extremely attentive. i give extra credit for all the people work in this hotel because in this island hotel management is not yet established. i believe it's just the culture and nice hospitality of the local people can treat the customers very well. they're doing a great job compared to hotel staffs in bigger city such as jakar...
Cons (-) if i may give a little critique is only the price. with 5 star standard hotel, they must maintain and keep the price strategy fixed. not because if there's an event and full, they increased the price. this is not a good practice but well it's applied in all hotels in indonesia i believe.
