Cons (-) The Hotel had overbooked for the weekend and cancelled our reservation without ever notifying us. We arrived and tried to check in and they wouldn't let us saying it was fully booked even though I had a confirmation that I booked weeks ahead of time. Front desk staff was very unaccommodating and unapologetic of the incident. Very unprofessional.

Pros (+) My kids were ok with the pool
Cons (-) Overcharged us, poor customer service, could only provide 2 towels for a room of 4 guests, room was uncomfortably hot since the ac wasn’t turned on and didn’t cool the room down until 4 am the next day.

Pros (+) Not one thing here is worth visiting.
Cons (-) The casino grimy, worn out and smelly. The guest rooms are worse. Even my 10 year old son, who is not at all picky, told me that he didn't want to stay, and this was at 2 AM after driving 6 hours.

Pros (+) We were a group of four, each with very different needs. One needed a "smoking room," one needed an accessible room, and the other just wanted to be pampered. We were all able to get the room type that we wanted. I went for the superior room and I loved the Jacuzzi in the bathroom. :-)
Cons (-) The hotel doesn't have an elevator.
