Pros (+) Actually, nice, helpful, accommodating staff and manager.
Cons (-) Checked out, then checked back into my room when a rental I was counting on fell through on the day I was supposed to move, and they suggested my same room WHICH WAS SPRAYED WITH SOME KIND OF POISON! It gave me a bad headache all night so I couldn't sleep, even with the bathroom window open. Excellent location, and all I could afford at the time, but I was afraid to go out my door.
