Pros (+) Nothing. Didnt get to stay
Cons (-) Hotel lost reservation from third party booking agent. Had no rooms after I had called to confirm availablility earlier in the day. Manager offered no solutions except a shrug and blamed the internet. Not the first time I've had problems like this with Holiday Inn.
