I was overcharged by the hotel restaurant with a $60 charge for a meal I never ate. Spoke with the manager, and I offered to return to go over the restaurant receipts to prove my case. She told me that she’d take care of it for me…never did, never heard back.

The hotel made a mistake on my billing by adding a mystery charge from the restaurant, but the staff rectified it promptly. The staff is excellent! The beachfront location is exceptional. We had an wonderful stay.

Pros (+) * clean *great location, on beach * good on site resturant * Very secure
Cons (-) * Had issues with booking through a 3rd party * no staris from parking garage to lobby floor, had to run in the storm to get in from parking * $25/ per day security deposit we did not know about
