Pros (+) This place surprised me with how decent it was. It seems like I had an updated room because the floors and paint were newish and made the room look a lot nicer than the hallways. It's a good sign when updates like that are made. Bedding was comfortable and clean. Furnishings were in great shape, TV was even nice. Everything worked and the place was quiet, which is something I can't seem to find on...
Cons (-) Only negative for me was the bed is a type of memory foam which sleeps hot, but there is AC so I dropped that a few degrees lower and was good to go.
