Pros (+) Daily cleaning staff did a good job taking care of room and resupplying towels, etc.
Cons (-) The agreed upon price I did through the internet was lower than what the hotel charged. They said the online reservation.com did not charge the correct amount, and that the actual amount owed was higher than my reservation assured. I was livid, but stranded and had to pay the extra (extortion) amount. I am negotiating with Reservations.com to get this resolved.
