Pros (+) Pool was clean and staffed well.
Cons (-) None of the staff knew what was going on. They were rather grumpy as well. I am not used to substandard Customer service at hotels. The hot water was out, I had to take a cold shower. The arcade was not giving tickets after we paid money to play the games, we were told by the staff member “oh well” basically. Breakfast was below a standard continental breakfast.
