The bed was outstanding for a courtyard. They gave me a free dessert ticket for being an ambassador, good for immediately or in the morning. I opted for the breakfast item instead of points so I planned for both in the am. Except they closed early because it was slow. Womp womp. She said I’d get points back but I didn’t.

The ONLY issue was we were not informed that we had to REQUEST clean towels. For the money the room just be cleaned and clean towels EVERY DAY!

Cons (-) We were made to feel like we were bothering the staff when asked for an extra towel and sheets for the sofa bed. A nice touch would have been to offer water to guests after a long trip. Every other Marriott property I have been to provides this extra level of service especially for platinum elite members.
