Cons (-) I made a reservation for this hotel because it is near the airport. I showed up late after a long day of traveling. After waiting for a very long time, the receptionist showed up and told me that there had been a problem and that they did not have a room for me. I found out the next day that I had been charged for the room. No amount of calling the hotel would fix the problem.
