All was fantastic with the check-in process, explaination of breakfast and ice machines, comfortablilty of king bed, and air being preset to 60. Our only complaints were with housekeeping. We found leftover shampoo/body wash/razor with hair all over them still in the shower when we checked in. Also, there was cleaning suply bottles in the room as if they never finished cleaning.
