The bathroom was dirty upon arrival with black hair in two corners of the room, and unflushed, toilet and peeling wallpaper. The shower did not work well, was rusty and stepping into the shower. It felt like the bottom of the shower was flexing and noisy. We were happy with the beds as they were comfortable however, the carpeting was stained and looked old. Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were under remodel and short staffed and they were doing their best. There was a mix up with my card being charged twice and Beth was quick to fix it. Our room was outdated but clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons (-) The pool was not open and when we inquired at booking if it would be completed by our stay date, we were assured that it would be. It was not. We were there for a baseball tournament and it was 100 degrees so we had some very hot and disappointed little boys.
