Pros (+) The staff were polite, the place was clean, and you enter the bed from the side which is probably more comfortable than from the foot of the bed, and the curtain locks from the inside, which is handy.
Cons (-) The receptionist said they didn't offer Ta-Q-Bin, which may have more been a language barrier than anything else, but that wasn't a problem because a Family Mart was just downstairs
