Pros (+) Location and the pool table.
Cons (-) Stayed in a "superior" room; Very noisy - can hear EVERYTHING you neighbour does. Toilet stinks - may be issues with sewage system. Sand in the beds. We did not have cold water or ac - told reception but nothing change. So went back n demanded actions until something is done. Not great.
