Pros (+) The hotel has been renovated recently and it has been done relatively well. This is probably the nicest hotel in Maggie Valley and priced well. Check in was easy and the front desk was very helpful. Bathroom was clean and nicely remodelled and had good water pressure. Breakfast was fairly standard fare, but well done.
Cons (-) The hot water takes a LONG time to get hot. The hair dryer in our room didn't work (which the front desk addressed quickly). The rooms are a little on the small side and some of the fixtures should have been replaced from the remodel (i.e. rusty spotted toilet paper holder and towel rack).
