Pros (+) I like the fact that many staff members speak English. Why they may not be fluent, they understand completely the customer language. I have stayed here numerous occasions and absolutely love the hotel, the onsite cafe and convenient location. Definitely a great value
Cons (-) Perhaps label the manager office as I inadvertently walked into a meeting.
