Pros (+) Not much. Even though it is expensive, it is cheaper than everything else. ...and they know it.
Cons (-) Poor insulation between floors. People above sound like a herd of elephants all hours of the day, They say they clean your room every two weeks. They cleaned the first week and 4 weeks later, we're still waiting. Windows only open a crack, so you can't get much fresh air or cool the room down, have to use the A/C.
