Pros (+) Rooms are clean and neat, modern and comfortable. Check-in was very quick and efficient...very impressed. The Breakfast team were very efficient.
Cons (-) The Evening team in the dining hall need training. Management should be present more often in the evenings to address the bad service. No one acknowledges you when you enter. You have to go out of your way to get their attention to get a menu and once that is done, you have to wait forever to get your meal.
