Pros (+) Room was relatively clean.
Cons (-) The hallways all smelled (some like cigarette smoke). Hasn't been updated. Witnessed front desk staff being rude to other hotel customer. No A/C in dining area. Overall not very welcoming and a poor value. We stayed at other hotels in this area and found this to be the worst this far. We will probably never return.

Pros (+) The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) A motel on the decline. Mold on the walls of the bathroom. The sink and the tub failed to drain. Funky smell throughout the motel.
