Pros (+) Location. It is on top of a hill and is quiet. The shuttle drivers were helpful. The front desk was helpful. There is a nice restaurant.
Cons (-) Unfortunately, the tram to access the town hasn't worked in almost two years! It is a lot of money to spend for a room. There was hair on the bathroom floor, the tub didn't drain very well. I felt like I was paying a 5 star price for a 2 star quality hotel room. There are a lot of snooty customers who go there.
