Pros (+) The pool area even though it was by reservation only for two hour blocks of time. The pools where amazing.
Cons (-) The type of room that was booked and confirmed with pre-arrival staff was not available when we checked in. The hotel was unwilling to accommodate us in anyway other than sorry better luck next time. After speaking to several managers we were finally offered some Marriott points to drop the issue. Poor management top to bottom when it comes to assigning rooms.

Pros (+) Accommodations were great. Location is picturesque. If you plan to go, try to be there for the FIA FIA Luau on Tuesday evenings. Really amazing dinner show.

Cons (-) It's a mediocre extended stay hotel in a beautiful location where everything is crazy overpriced me done halfway to normal standards... to be fair, 95%of the hotels on Oahu are this way m, I've stayed at 30+ hotels.
