Pros (+) Ocean view from higher floors balcony is spacious great water pressure in shower shuttle to historic club hotel proximity to "downtown" area and shops
Cons (-) thin walls allowed for noise from other guests rooms restaurant and sitting area is one wide open space not very cozy
