TV wouldn't work, had to get them to reboot. AC so noisy you can't sleep even when you try high settings so it doesn't come on as much. Friends had the same prob. Can't get to service items at breakfast because of location & easily blocked by others getting food.

The room was clean and bed was comfy. However when we walked in 2 staff members and a manager were having a conversation. We waited for almost 5 minutes cleared throats loudly with hope we would be acknowledge. We would have left but already paid for the room.
