Pros (+) Great staff, took a genuine interest in what we were doing in Cleveland. Very helpful and courteous as well.
Cons (-) A group of people (family reunion?) were very rude, and acted as if they were the only people who mattered. They went so far as to take two containers of milk off of a friends tray, who had gotten them for her two boys. They also asked one of my friends to get off the hotel provided computers, saying that what they were doing was not important enough. This was beyond the control of the hotel staff...
