Cons (-) The stay itself was great. No maid service which I had declined for two days anyway, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Would’ve been nice to have clean towels though. My only real complaints were the staff was overly happy at the front desk- a little too much for me, honestly. And the PILLOWS!!! They were like boards of wood, stiff, flat and
