Pros (+) The food here was pretty good. The pool was nice and deep. Our room was huge.
Cons (-) We booked a day at the spa and were forced to cancel with plenty of notice. The spa clerk began berating us about how bad it is for them that we cancelled. She then proceeded to yell at us and accused us of not having enough money for the spa. (We had already paid...) I brought this matter to the front desk and they did not care.
