Facilities are aging and need some upgrading. Beds are too high for easy access. Shower/tub had no water so could not use, and several wall plugs did not work

Pros (+) This is a value where the orice is right. The bed are actually very comfirtable! But the walls are gery thin and you can hear the people next soor talkimg and their tv. We had loud neighbirs with 6 or more people atayikg in one room next door amd a crying haby. We could also hear pwople outsode amd kids simgimg at 7am outaide in the parking lot. Free breakfast. Theres a refeigerator in the room. 2...

Cons (-) I paid a premium for a room with no AC. After notifying the staff they not only were unable to fix the issues they didn't provide any alternatives. They felt that a night spent at 85 degrees was worth a 15% discount. I will never book through Kayak again nor will I stay at a Best Western.

Pros (+) The room was nice and the continental breakfast was good. This was a convenient location to stay for the wedding we attended.
Cons (-) The tv in the room didn't work, but they fix it immediately. The jacuzzi tub also didn't work.
