Pros (+) Great location that is a short drive to Pismo or a nice walk to the beach. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance and the manager? was a super nice guy and very helpful.
Cons (-) Overall the room was in serious need of repair/cleaning. Very few accessible electrical outlets and the one you could get to felt like you were going to push into the wall when you plugged something in. The walls were stained, heater rattled so loud you couldn't hear the TV. Missing tile in the bathroom and hole in lamp shade.
