Pros (+) Outside was well ordered and attractive. Good neighborhood. Marcia was a friendly and gracious greeter for travel weary folks.
Cons (-) Carpet needed to be replaced. It was damp from a recent cleaning but worn badly. Still a good value. I find that most people prefer tile flooring to carpet. It remains clean and free of smells and spills of former guest.
