I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions always with outstanding satisfaction. The front desk is always helpful in person and on the phone. My room request has always been taken care of.

Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) I was greeted by a pregnant woman with a horrible attitude that was clearly miserable. After working a 12 hour shift and driving an hour to get to the motel, the woman then tried to cancel my reservation that had already been guaranteed. She switched my guaranteed room to a different room and was very unpleasant in her conduct which also was a direct representation of the property.

Pros (+) room is updated and clean. Close to freeway on ramp. Thats about it. This is an old outdated motel with updated rooms. C Minus at best.
Cons (-) located behind a fast food restaurant, traffic noise, outside entry, luggage noise outside of room, trucks and cars. Not well sound proofed from outside noise.
