Pros (+) The room is clean and comfortable. The staff has mostly been friendly and helpful. The location is convenient.
Cons (-) The different front desk people had different understanding of policy. We booked the first night through Kayak, so it was pre-paid. We ended up needing to add another night, so we did that at the front desk when we checked in.
