I would rate them as satisfactory, mainly because I am comparing the experience to Munich, Hamburg, and Düsseldorf, where we enjoyed the Premier Select experience. We only stayed for two nights, but the hotel is in a good location, not too far from the station. The ambience is very pleasant, and the staff were helpful throughout our stay.
