Pros (+) Terrible stay, I purchased because Kyak had all amenities listed as open, however upon arrival everything was closed. Had they informed us before check-in we would have reserved some where else. This was my first and last time using Kyak.
Cons (-) List all amenities that will be closed, feels like we were bait and switched and your customer service was terrible handling my complaint. Avoid Kyak
