Pros (+) We were there while working out flat rental and other things as part of moving to the UK from the US. The staff and regulars are fabulous, really friendly, very helpful and informative. The room was cosy and comfortable, and it and the shared bathroom were very clean. Cons (-) The wifi signal in the rooms is rather sketchy, but signal in the bar and restaurant is good. The staff are very accommodating and were great about us having to sort of set up office at a table for quite some time.
