The room was dirty, I found a prior guests sock, there was a coffee or soda spill on the window sill and heat/ac unit, and the carpet next to the night stand was so dusty it looked like it was a different color. The pillows sucked. They offered no support and were the size of decorative throw pillows.

Cons (-) Our mattress had a large, solid indentation right in the middle that made it incredibly uncomfortable. The sheets were not clean and the pillow cases had multiple markings on them. The bathroom sink was filled with grime as well as the shower. The shampoo and lotion bottles were not re-stocked and only had 1 squirt of each in them. Cons (-) The bed was completely caved in, a first for me, and the front desk associate was quite disinterested in this fact. Breakfast was pretty gross. Walls were thin (seems this is common at every Baymont I've stayed at), so there's always the sound of children running around, people walking above you, or sex ( I got to experience all three in a 10 hours period of time). Pros (+) Not much to say there system was down didn't get a room
Cons (-) Lady couldn't even look up if there was any rooms even available. Booked on line got charged for room. Left my information at the front desk and the management never got back with me.
